If you are unsatisfied with Ultimate Gym Gear, you may return the package within 30 days from receipt of order.This include opened or unopened product as eligible for a return Shipping costs to return merchandise shall be paid for by the customer returning the item. If you wish to return your order, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first. Refund will be processed within 24 hours and will see the refund credited to their card within 24 hours from the refund processing.
